Reset your climote

If your climote is displaying a Network Message 4 and has a red flashing light at the “Menu/Back”  it will require a local reset.  Please follow the steps below.

  • Please hold the reset button (as per the image above, a small black button under the bottom of the unit) for 5 seconds.
  • Release and allow the climote to reinitialise (this may take up to 30 minutes).
  • Once the unit powers back up the time and date should reset automatically.
  • The red light will be replaced with a green flashing light.
