If you are an Android user and recently updated your software to version 5.0.0. or higher (“Lollipop”) you may be experiencing some issues with the interface of the climote app.
If your app is displaying as per the images above, please the instructions below to rectify:
Goto; Settings > Apps (Applications Manager) > and then finding Android System Webview, select the app, and then uninstall the latest update.
This will prompt you to go to factory setting of this app, please select Ok.
When you return to the climote app, it should be functioning as normal.
